What is body butter ?
Think of it as a thicker type of lotion ! Has the consistency of cake icing and melts like butter . An awesome moisturizer for your skin and has a lot of great benefits for the long run !
What if my address is incorrect ?
Unfortunately any orders with unverifiable addresses will be canceled and returned to stock . We do not hold items. Please double check address before purchase !
What if my butter arrives melted ?
We try our absolute best to take precautions in order for your butters/products to arrive in mint condition ! We freeze each butter/scrub atleast 24hours before it is shipped out. Unfortunately we cannot control how the package is handled once it leaves our hands to the post office. Between hot warehouses , hot delivery trucks and shipping delays , there will always be a chance of melting during transit in the warmer months. Please be mindful when ordering especially if you live in warmer climate areas. If butter arrives melted just let it sit at room temperature to solidify. Due to my butters being whipped , when melted they may appear “half full”. This is not the case ! Once melted the air pockets no longer exist in the liquid form. If you want it hardened faster just pop it in the fridge!
(You can always re-Whip body butters once they return to room temperature as well!)

Due to the nature of this product we do not accept returns for safety reasons. Please contact us directly if any issues arrive and we will work together for a solution !
What is your REFUND policy ?
Due to the nature of this product we do not offer returns/refunds. Under certain circumstances we will provide a discount code for inconvenience .
Examples : package arrived melted, shipping was extremely delayed , arrived damaged etc. Please contact us with your name, order number or email address(if provided) for us to assist you further !
What is the difference between processing and shipping time ?
Processing is the time it takes for us to make each fresh batch of body butter. Shipping is how long it takes the delivery service to send you the products. Each order has a turnaround of 4-7 business days Processing (excluding weekends and holidays.)
Shipping days :
During the spring/summertime I will only be shipping Monday - Wednesday. This Will help make sure your packages are constantly moving once they are shipped. This also helps prevent any packages from sitting out at the post office over the weekend and potentially melting during transit. Please select 2 day shipping to help prevent melting during transit !
**Once tracking number is provided it is your responsibility to track your package ! Please do not let packages sit in mailboxes or outside once delivered . Bring inside immediately**

Its all natural , can we eat it ?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! We know our products look and smell yummy but please do not consume. It’s is made of all natural ingredients but also has fragrance and Mica powder which is not edible.
