Our Body Butters are made with natural butters and oils, which means they can soften or melt when exposed to higher temperatures during shipping. ☀️📦
We strongly recommend adding our Thermal Mailer to your order, especially during warmer weather. However, please understand that the Thermal Mailer does not guarantee that your Body Butter will arrive completely unmelted, as temperatures during transit are outside of our control.
All sales are final on Body Butters. We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that melt during shipping. By purchasing a Body Butter, you acknowledge and agree to these shipping and melting terms. 🤎
